The text, design and logo on this site belong to 2 GREAT 4 HATE and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to share our pages and quote our materials for non-commercial, community purposes — with a simple credit to 2 GREAT 4 HATE, Pocatello, Idaho.
The logo may be used by community partners with our permission; ask before using it on merchandise or in ways that imply endorsement.
4. Donations & tax deductibility
2 GREAT 4 HATE is recognised by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 46-5354977). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We do not process payments on this website — if you'd like to give, contact us and we'll arrange it transparently.
For your own records: keep the acknowledgement we provide, and confirm deductibility with a tax professional. Our exemption is verifiable at any time via the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search.
5. Volunteering & events
Our events are volunteer-organised and free unless stated otherwise. By attending you agree to treat fellow participants with respect — that's the whole point of the room. Children's events require adult supervision, and participants are expected to follow our non-discrimination policy.
6. Third-party links
Links to external sites (IRS, Facebook and others) are provided for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices — see also our privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2 GREAT 4 HATE is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our activities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Bannock County, Idaho.
