Tax-exempt since November 2014 — a decade of neighbour-led work.
On record
Small organisation, open books
We're a volunteer-powered charity, and we act like it: everything we do is documented, every dollar accounted for, and every filing public.
The picture in numbers
What we count, honestly
We only publish numbers we can back up. These are structural facts about the organisation — the people stories are told across this site.
Interfaith, civil-rights, education and civic allies across the valley.
Dignity, compassion, fairness, respect for difference, collaboration, responsibility.
Filings, bylaws and policies published below — all downloadable on request.

Why we do what we do
Where money goes
Every dollar has a purpose
Because we have no paid staff and no office, nearly every dollar reaches programs directly.

- Education & materials 27%
- Community outreach 18%

Where support comes from
Sources of support
A community charity is powered by the community that believes in it.
Figures are illustrative of our funding model; exact amounts are in the latest annual report. In-kind support — rooms, meals, hours — is always welcome and always documented.
Our biggest resource
Zero paid staff. Zero office. All heart.
Every hour of work — facilitation, organising, outreach, administration — is volunteered by neighbours. That's not a limitation; it's a statement: the work belongs to the community, and the community does the work. It also means your donation goes further: straight to tables, materials and people.

Public documents
Six documents a neighbour should be able to read. Files marked “on request” are emailed within 5 business days — just ask.
Don't take our word for it
